hi guys today I'm going to show you how we can add Google Maps to your WordPress website so once you add the map this is how it's going to look on your website okay and when your visitors click here they'll be able to directly navigate to your location now by adding Google Maps to your site you can make it easy for your visitors to find your location so let's get started we are going to do this in just two steps so the first step is to add your location to Google Maps so to add your location let's go to maps.google.com and a zoom into a location now keep your cursor exactly on your location and then click there and now you'll get this box now just click on this number you'll get these options on the side now to add this location to Google Maps just click add a missing place and now you'll be able to enter the details of your place so enter your business name then choose your category and enter your address here now if you want to add more details you can click here and he can add those details here so once you've entered all the details just click send and now we have submitted our location to Google Maps now after few hours your location will be successfully added so once it's added we can now go to step 2 which is to add our new location to our website so to add the location first we'll click done now to go back to the location we added let's click here and then go to your contributions now if you click Edit you can see the location which we added before so let's click on it and this is the place which we added now to add this location to your website just click Share and then click embed and now you'll see a preview of the map which can be added to your site now to add this map to your website you need to enter this code in WordPress so let's copy this code by clicking copy now to paste the code go to WordPress and then go to pages and now go to the page where you want to add the map and click Edit now to paste the code just right click here and click paste and now if you click preview you can see that the map has been added to our page now if you want to change the position you can just drag here and then place the map very wanted so once you're done just click update and now if we click view page you can see that we now have the map on our page so this is how we can add Google Maps to your WordPress website next let's say you have a page which is built using elementor so how do we add Google Maps to a page like this so let's go to part 2 of this tutorial where we see how you can add your map to an elementes or pages so to add Maps to an elementor page just go to the page where you want to add and then click Edit with Elementor now select where you want to add the map so let's say you want to add the map here just go there and click this plus icon now to add the map all you have to do is just drag this element and then drop it in this area now enter the name of the location which you have added to maps so I'm going to enter that and you can see that the location has been updated on the map now here you can choose the size of your map so I'm going to enter 15 and you can see that we have zoomed in to our location now once you're done just click update you and you can view the page by clicking here now if we scroll down you can see that the map has been added to our page so that's it guys this is how we can add Google Maps to your WordPress website now if you want to learn more about WordPress you can click here to watch our best blogs about WordPress so thanks for watching I'll see you in the next blog bye bye
